Channel-Ex Saferwood is currently reviewing to test wood industry’s first fire code compliant mid-rise 100% wall cladding assembly under NFPA 285 or CAN/ULC S134.
Passing this test might enable genuine wood siding to be used up to 6 story multi family building walls without requiring sprinklers. Please ask us about the current updates.
